Construction is scheduled to start in February 2022. Typically, each home will take 16 months to complete.
At Signum we believe in building you a home that suits your needs. We will work with you to adapt the design whilst keeping your home consistent with the overall development.
Our payment terms are flexible but we normally ask for an initial 30% deposit (up to roof level), 30% after 6 months (when the roof is cast), a further 30% when finishes are being installed and then the final 10% on handover.
Yes, the facilities management services will be provided to cover security, maintenance of communal areas and a workmen on call service.
